Project Status as of 1-27-2026

CHRS is being implemented across the CSU in groups of campuses called "waves." SJSU is part of Wave 5 of 6. Pre-implementation activities began on January 27, 2026, and will continue through June 19, 2026.

Pre-implementation activities include:

  • Conversion error clean up
  • Module Reviews & Configurations
  • Security setup
  • Integration assessment
