Advisory notice: As of Fall 2026, all current University Policies, Senate Management
Resolutions (SMRs), and Sense of the Senate Resolutions (SoSs), as well as the Senate’s
Constitution, Bylaws and Standing Rules will be housed in SJSU’s new online policy
library at http://sjsu.edu/policylibrary. The Senate webpages where these documents
have historically been maintained as PDFs will sunset in mid Fall 2026.
